Security is an extremely important benefit of high rise strata living and the safety and security of all Hyde Park Towers residents is of paramount importance. 24 hour security and concierge services are provided seven days a week and our residents can be assured that they reside in a safe and secure environment that is continually monitored by sophisticated video monitoring equipment.
Access to the building is controlled by Pinnacle Access software systems and all residents are provided with a security swipe card which only permits access to specific floors and to common areas.
The Security Manager is responsible for all aspects of security throughout the building, moving in/out activities and the management of security swipe cards. Security can be contacted on 9283 3352 or 0431 400 130.

Every effort is made to accommodate all requests for moving in/out activities on any day of the week. Moving times are 9.30 – 3.30 Monday to Saturday and 9am to 4pm Sundays and Public Holidays. Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance with the Security Manager.
A fee of $50.00 plus GST is charged for the use of the elevator and a refundable Bond of $200 is to be paid prior to moving to cover possible damage to common property. The Bond will be refunded within 48 hours subject to a satisfactory inspection.
All removals are to be conducted through the garage door, access on Nithsdale Street. There is a height limit of 2 meteres for trucks and cars and there is a loading zone which can be utilised in Nithsdale Street. Please inform any delivery or removal people engaged by you of the procedure and ensure that you inform security of any planned deliveries. |
