Hyde Park Towers’ residents enjoy excellent recreational facilities including a heated pool, spa and sauna and a gymnasium fitted out with the latest state-of-the-art equipment including a multi station machine, treadmill, bike, cross country walker, rowing machine and leg press.
The Recreation Centre is located on Level 2 and is open to residents and their guest between the hours of 5am and 11pm.

Hyde Park Towers is a pet-friendly building however residents must NOT keep more than 2 animals either cat or dog (maximum 12kg when fully grown) or a small caged bird or a fish kept in a secure aquarium in their apartment.
Residents must first notify the Building Manager that an animal is being kept in their apartment and ensure that the pet does not interfere with the peace and enjoyment of other residents. Pets must be carried when on common property and owners must take any action necessary to clean or repair all areas of the lot or common property that are soiled or damaged by the animal. |

Hyde Park Towers has an environmentally friendly waste management policy with a strong emphasis on recycling. Garbage rooms are located on all residential floors and re-cycling bins are provided for paper/cardboard, plastic and glass. A regular Council pick-up service is provided for the disposal of large household items, furniture and white goods. Please see the Building Manager for details. |

Car parking is restricted to residents only and spaces cannot be leased to persons not residing in the building. Car spaces are allocated to lots and are clearly marked and parking is only permitted in designated spots. A vehicle permit is issued to authorised residents which must be displayed on the windscreen. Vehicular Access to the car park is via Nithsdale Street and authorised residents are provided with a remote control unit on the payment of a $100 refundable deposit. Pedestrian access through the car park roller shutter door is not permitted for safety reasons. Height limit is 2 metres. |
A modern fully equipped air conditioned gymnasium is available for use by residents and their guests between the hours of 5am and 11pm. Children under 12 years are not permitted in the gym.

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
By-Law 26 governs the use of the pool and spa and residents are requested to read and comply with the By-Law. |
