Hyde Park Towers is a 32 story residential tower located on Elizabeth Street Sydney, between Liverpool and Goulburn Streets. It is conveniently located to Hyde Park, Surry Hills, Stanley Street, Chinatown, CBD shopping, World Square, Paddington and the Botanical Gardens.
Completed in 1995, Hyde Park Towers has 174 apartments and approximately 600 residents. It has full gym and swimming pool facilities, 24 x 7 security, a full time building manager and a pro-active Executive Committee. It is actively involved in the local community and participates in Sydney City Council initiatives. The Strata belongs to ResNet (Residents Network), is a member of the Owner's Corporation Network and has an enviable reputation for it’s innovation in water and energy saving as well as waste collection and recycling. It is used as show case and reference site for Sydney City Council and Sydney Water.
